The primary goal of the FY 2018 Comprehensive Services for All Forms of Victims of Human Trafficking Program is to enhance the quality and quantity of services available to assist victims of human trafficking, as defined by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of 2000, as amended. The Program provides funding to victim service organizations with a demonstrated history of providing comprehensive services for victims of human trafficking. Funding also supports efforts to increase the capacity of communities to respond to human trafficking victims through the development of interagency partnerships, professional training, and public awareness activities.

With this award, A Woman's Place will develop a collaborative, comprehensive, trauma-informed, victim-centered approach to serving victims of human trafficking in Bucks County, PA. AWP's goals for this project are threefold: 1) ensure that no victim of human trafficking in Bucks County is left without the resources and services needed to regain control of their lives and to heal; 2) work with partners in law enforcement to aid and enhance prosecution of human traffickers with an aim to reduce and eventually end human trafficking in Bucks County; and 3) raise awareness about and public support for victims of human trafficking in Bucks County.
