The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for victims of human trafficking, to include enhancing the capacity of law enforcement and other stakeholders to identify victims and provide justice for those victims through the investigation and prosecution of their traffickers. This award made to Family Services of Tulare County is funded under FY 2020 Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking Non Competing which is designed to strengthen the Tulare County Human Trafficking Task Force which serves residents of Tulare County, located in the Central Valley of California. The Task Force strives to continue its collaborative efforts to combat human trafficking, fueled by existing alliances with its federal partners and other collaborators. NCA/NCF.
