View the 2022 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week Theme

National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW) will be commemorated April 24–30, 2022. During NCVRW, OVC leads communities across the Nation to honor victims and the professionals who support them.

The 2022 NCVRW theme is Rights, access, equity, for all victims. The theme underscores the importance of helping crime survivors find their justice by—

  • enforcing victims' rights,
  • expanding access to services, and
  • ensuring equity and inclusion for all.

We all have a part to play in reaching crime victims, especially those in marginalized communities, and supporting them on their healing journey. Together, we can reduce barriers for victims by ensuring the availability of comprehensive services in a variety of ways.

Join OVC to help raise awareness about victims’ rights and services and help crime survivors find their justice.
