As part of our recognition of the 20th anniversary of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, Bill Woolf, Senior Advisor for Victim Services and Human Trafficking Program Director, announces the launch of the Human Trafficking Capacity Building Center website. The Center seeks to strengthen human trafficking victim services in the United States by delivering free coaching and mentoring to organizations and federally recognized Tribes looking to start, sustain, or grow their anti-trafficking work.
