The National Center for Victims of Crime (NCVC) will partner with the Arizona State University School of Social Work (ASU SSW) to identify, recruit, train, and place ASU SSW students as interns in various Tribal victim services programs in Arizona. Approximately 13 students will serve as paid interns over the 3-year grant period. Internship sites are still to be determined, but NCVC hopes to secure between three and five host site partners. Interns participating in the program will be trained using a curriculum developed under this grant and will serve in 1-year internships.
