Apply for ITVERP Reimbursement
Begin the application process online, add supporting documentation as you find it, and complete your application when you are ready.

ITVERP is a unique federal program that provides financial reimbursement for qualifying expenses to qualified U.S. citizens and U.S. government employees who suffered direct physical or emotional injury from an act of international terrorism while outside the United States. 

There are three main requirements for this program—

  1. Terrorist Incident Occurred Outside the United States
  2. U.S. Citizenship or Employee of U.S. Government
  3. Expenses Directly Related to the Terrorist Incident

Once you've determined eligibility, and are familiar with the expenses that are covered, review the application process

  • The ITVERP Portal is currently down for maintenance until Monday Dec. 9.
