Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2019, $493,798)

Under the FY 2018 Integrated Services for Minor Victims of Trafficking program, all grantees are required to serve all minor victims (boys and girls under age 18) of all forms of human trafficking (sex and labor). The grantee will work with OVC Program Managers and Training and Technical Assistance Providers to ensure all victims are served. The Salvation Army - Empire Division will support a new, wider partnership to provide victim-centered, trauma-informed, comprehensive services to survivors of Human Trafficking in the Southern Adirondack Region. Along with the immediate needs of shelter, transportation, food, and clothing, the comprehensive program continuum will address physical and psychological trauma through a variety of services.
