ERIN ANDREWS: FAIR stands for Free, Aware, Inspired, Restored, and our mission is to end human trafficking one life at a time.

WOMAN: Hi.

WOMAN: Hey!

WOMAN: So, I have our client here for her 30-day benchmark.

ERIN ANDREWS: Our clients come to us tremendously resilient already. But their bravery, courage, and hope, watching that reignite is something that I'm really proud of, because without our services, without the support that FAIR Girls has provided them, they wouldn't have the ability to reignite that hope.

WOMAN: What are some things that we can help you with that we haven't already done so?

ERIN ANDREWS: Empowerment is at the root of the model that we use.

WOMAN: This is our drop-in center.

ERIN ANDREWS: Our case management program is really meant to walk alongside survivors every step of the way of their path to recovery, and our drop-in center is really the hub of that. Are you in a crisis situation? Do you need emergency medical treatment? Let's make sure that you get a meal, a warm, safe meal. Let's develop your individualized service plan. What services they need depends on what they tell us that they need.

WOMAN: Over here is our chore list.

All residents are responsible for taking care of La Vida Home.

ERIN ANDREWS: Hundreds of survivors have found safe haven in La Vida Home. We really did create a survivor-centered, community-style living in a home setting.

WOMAN: How do you feel? Do you feel overwhelmed, excited, or...

ERIN ANDREWS: We do trainings for our partners in the community that intersect with at-risk populations.

WOMAN: ...would continue to seek out people who they know will cause them further harm.

ERIN ANDREWS: They are on the front lines of seeing what these youth are experiencing. In the last year, over 1,033 professionals have attended our trainings. We're working with a partner. The team we have is amazing. They are so passionate about the work that they do.

WOMAN: ...study that we have coming up.

ERIN ANDREWS: We've had the honor to serve over 1,100 survivors since the founding of FAIR Girls in 2003. My hope is that we continue to have the resources and capacity to deeply invest in each survivor.

The healing is in each one of those moments that they remain safe, that they remain on a path to restoration, and that they have services and support to help them.
