The VOCA Formula Victim Assistance Grant Program final rule became effective on August 8, 2016. The final rule sets forth the parameters for the use of funds under OVC’s Victim Assistance Program. The rule applies to all OVC Formula Victim Assistance Program grants awarded by OVC after the effective date.
