OVC administers the International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP), which reimburses eligible victims of acts of international terrorism that occur outside the United States for expenses incurred as a direct result of their victimization. International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP)
If you believe that you or someone you know has been a victim of international terrorism, help may be available. ITVERP is a unique federal program that provides financial reimbursement for qualifying expenses to qualified U.S. citizens and U.S. government employees who suffered direct physical or emotional injury from an act of international terrorism while outside the United States.
