At the conference, the Governor's Victim Assistance Awards will be presented. There are three awards, The Virginia Mahoney, Henry Gleim Memorial and Vincent Roper Memorial Awards, will be presented to individuals located in both the public and private sector that have demonstrated outstanding performance in providing services and support to victims of crime in Maryland during the 2019 calendar year (January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2019).
