Join Jacksonville Survivors Foundation and Project: Cold Case for their 2026 Rice Paper Memorial, a special evening of remembrance, reflection, and healing during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Together, the community will honor the lives of our loved ones by writing messages to them on rice paper and placing them into the water as a beautiful symbol of love, release, and remembrance. This meaningful gathering is a time for homicide survivors and families to come together in community, share space with others who understand, and honor those who are forever in our hearts. Bring a photo of your loved one if you would like, as the community remembers, reflects, and stands together in love.
