The selected organization will plan and administer training activities to bring Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Victim Assistance and Victim Compensation Administrators and their staff together for training conferences in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
The conferences will provide training and technical assistance and facilitate an opportunity for the presentation of state issues and practices through lectures, panels, workshops, and forums.
OVC anticipates making up to one award of up to $600,000 for a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2021.

During a pre-application webinar on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, OVC staff reviewed solicitation requirements and conducted a question and answer session with interested potential applicants.
