OVC FY 15 Vision 21: Using Technology to Expand National and International Access to Victim Services Invitational Letter

The eight applicants under the OVC FY 14 Vision 21: Using Technology to Expand National and International Access to Victim Services will apply for noncompetitive continuation funding to support projects that propose to use technology creatively to provide outreach and direct assistance to victims, particularly those who have never been served or for whom services are not readily available, nationally and/or internationally (for Americans abroad).
