The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen victim service programs for minor victims of labor trafficking, whose victimization occurred when they were under the age of 18. Organizations funded under this program will provide (directly and through partnerships) services that minor victims of labor trafficking often require to address their needs for safety, security, and healing. OVC anticipates making up to three awards of up to $666,667 each for a 36-month period of performance, to begin on October 1, 2020. Apply by Monday, May 18, 2020.
