Reminder: OJP is in the final stages of making award determinations for its Fiscal Year 2025 human trafficking notices of funding opportunities (NOFOs). We anticipate announcing awards for the Fiscal Year 2025 human trafficking NOFOs in the coming weeks.
OVC FY 2026 Housing Assistance for Victims of Human Trafficking
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: September 28; JustGrants: October 5
This opportunity will fund organizations that provide housing and associated support services to victims of human trafficking as defined by 22 U.S.C. § 7102(11). The primary focus of this program is to provide rapid rehousing (i.e., transitional housing and supportive services that assist human trafficking victims in moving as quickly as possible into permanent housing and achieving stability).
OVC FY 2026 Integrated Services for Minor Victims of Human Trafficking

This opportunity will fund projects to enhance the availability, quality, and delivery of services to assist minor victims of human trafficking as defined in 22 U.S.C. § 7102(11).

OVC FY 2026 Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking

This opportunity supports jurisdictions in developing and expanding a multidisciplinary, collaborative task force approach to better respond to human trafficking through increased victim identification, service provision, and case investigations.
OVC FY 2026 Improving Outcomes for Child and Youth Victims of Human Trafficking
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Grants.gov: October 14; JustGrants: October 21
The purpose of this program is to improve outcomes for children and youth who are victims of human trafficking by integrating human trafficking policy and programming at the state or Tribal level and enhancing coordinated, multidisciplinary, and statewide approaches to all forms of trafficking as defined by 22 U.S.C. § 7102(11).

You must have active registrations in SAM.gov and Grants.gov before you can apply for Department of Justice funding opportunities. If you’ve used these systems in the past, check that your registration and users are current.
- Register today. You can register in SAM.gov and Grants.gov any time—you don’t have to wait until a funding opportunity is open. SAM.gov registrations expire after 12 months and must be renewed every year. Grants.gov accounts deactivate after a year of inactivity or if your SAM.gov registration expires.
