New Funding Opportunities

OVC FY24 Enhanced Collaborative Model (ECM) Task Force to Combat Human Trafficking

The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, or strengthen a multidisciplinary approach to better respond to human trafficking under three purpose areas.

  1. Purpose Area 1: Development of New Local or Tribal Human Trafficking Task Forces
  2. Purpose Area 2: Expansion of Local or Tribal ECM Human Trafficking Task Forces (Previously Funded by OJP)
  3. Purpose Area 3: Enhanced Support for Statewide Task Forces (New or Previously OJP-funded)

This collaborative approach must include victim and social service providers; law enforcement; prosecution personnel; individuals with lived experience; and a range of other governmental and nongovernmental partners that work together to provide access to a diverse set of services for trafficking victims and to seek justice on their behalf.

OVC FY24 Preventing Trafficking of Girls

This program supports prevention and early intervention services for girls who are at risk of, or are victims of, sex and/or labor trafficking. Services may be provided to girls and young women up to and including age 25.

OVC FY24 Anti-Trafficking Housing Assistance Program

The purpose of this program is to develop, expand, and/or strengthen funded organizations so they can provide housing and associated support services to victims of human trafficking under two purpose areas. 

  1. Purpose Area 1: Developing Capacity to Serve Human Trafficking Victims
  2. Purpose Area 2: Enhancing Scope of Housing Assistance for Human Trafficking Victims.

OVC FY24 Training and Technical Assistance for Anti-Trafficking Service Providers

The goal of this program is to provide training and technical assistance to victim service providers supporting victims of all forms of human trafficking throughout the United States.

OVC FY24 Human Trafficking Fellowship Program

The Fellow selected under this program will work collaboratively with OVC and the larger victim services field in identifying and promoting culturally responsive service models and activities that can be shared with the anti-trafficking field to enhance services to victims of severe forms of human trafficking.

OVC FY24 Pilot Program for Community Based Organizations in Underserved Communities to Build Capacity and Serve Adolescent and Youth Victims of Trafficking

OVC seeks to develop and build the capacity of community-based organizations (CBOs) in underserved communities to provide services to adolescent and youth human trafficking victims through the provision of mentorship and training and technical assistance to these organizations.

The successful applicant will develop a national program to competitively select the CBOs to receive subawards, oversee the provision of capacity-building technical assistance, provide opportunities for peer-to-peer support among the subawardees, and engage in oversight and monitoring of subawardees.

Pre-Application Webinars

OVC will conduct pre-application webinars during which OVC staff will review planned FY 2024 anti-trafficking solicitations, provide high-level information about solicitation requirements, and conduct a question-and-answer session with interested potential applicants.
