Bill Woolf Announces the Human Trafficking Capacity Building Center Website Launch

As part of our recognition of the 20th anniversary of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, Bill Woolf, Senior Advisor for Victim Services and Human Trafficking Program Director, announces the launch of the Human Trafficking Capacity Building Center website.
