The primary goal of this program is to provide grants for state agencies to establish and run state-run hate crime reporting hotlines to facilitate significantly increased reporting of hate crimes data, and to ensure that victims and witnesses are connected to law enforcement and local support services as needed.

This website provides information and resources to improve post-conviction services to crime victims and survivors. Created by Healing Justice, in partnership with the National Center for Victims of Crime and Video Action, Inc., the site includes resources for victim service providers, allied professionals, crime survivors and their family members, the media, and the public.
