National Institute of Justice: Teen Dating Violence

This section of the National Institute of Justice website provides research and other information on teen dating violence, including articles and publications.

Building off a long history of research in the area of intimate partner violence, the National Institute of Justice is now looking to relationships during adolescence to understand the factors that put individuals at risk for involvement in abusive romantic relationships as adults. 

International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP)

If you believe that you or someone you know has been a victim of international terrorism, help may be available. ITVERP is a unique federal program that provides financial reimbursement for qualifying expenses to qualified U.S. citizens and U.S. government employees who suffered direct physical or emotional injury from an act of international terrorism while outside the United States.

National Crime Prevention Council: Cyberbullying

The National Crime Prevention Council, through funding from OVC, offers resources about cyberbullying, taking action in schools, creating community change, and how teens feel about cyberbullying.

Department of Defense (DoD): Safe Helpline

The DoD Safe Helpline is a confidential, anonymous crisis support service for members of the DoD community affected by sexual assault. Operated by the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN), the helpline provides live, one-on-one expert advice and information 24/7.
